So there I was, driving home by myself, using the alone time to talk with God. Our dialog led me to ask The Father a question. I asked Him whether a certain ministry was pleasing to Him and if they are bearing fruits of righteousness. I was concerned that any involvement of mine with that ministry would be along the lines of an unequal yoke.

I asked the LORD this question because I believed that He would answer me as He normally does and then it happened… I reached for my phone to look for chatter on the Internet regarding that ministry and its affiliations.

That’s when it hit me. That move of impatience was what most people are probably doing these days rather than waiting to hear from God. I threw my phone on the passenger’s seat and repented on the spot.

There have been so many conversations in recent years about the Millennials, the Me Generation, the Microwave Generation, etc. because the older generation church doesn’t know how to reach them. Can of worms aside, I gotta believe that if I’m going to the Internet to understand spiritual matters then so are a lot of other people. Especially the younger generation.

Jesus said “A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign;”. Herein is a sermon about the difference of living by faith vs by the senses. If you’re not sure of what I’m talking about, please take time to hear my series on the topic of biblical faith.

Remember this, spiritual matters belong to God alone. (Deuteronomy 18:10-12) No one should ever go to a psychic, medium, fortune teller, Ouija board, necromancer, or Google for answers that only The Spirit of Truth knows. If we need instant answers, then God will give us instant answers when we ask Him. When you have only two hours left to bake a cake for the party, yeah, Google it. When you had a dream that you need interpreted, ask the Lord. Do not interpretations belong to God?

1 Corinthians 2:9-16

9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him. 10 But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God. 11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God. 13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man's wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual. 14 But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. 15 But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. 16 For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

Feb 13, 2015 - Setbacks But Still Moving Ahead

The time came to renew the KBIZ domains at the end of 2014 but I couldn't do it. After several years of owning the domains I realized that the title doesn't quite fit the purpose of the site. Now, when I think of kingdom business I think it sounds like a pyramid scheme for Christians.

No, I'm still not sure what to title the site. In the mean time visit They just launched a similar work that I am glad to promote.
